I had to look that one up...interesting fly. You might want to try and contact Sandy Moret at Florida Keys Outfitters in Islamorada, FL. He might know someone that has a collection of old flies...

It may be worth checking with the person who took that photo but it certainly does not look like a vintage fly.
Like the way that fly looks however... hmmmm
