I saw an interesting bumper sticker today...
National Marine Fisheries Service
Destroying Fishermen and
their Communities Since 1976
Excuse my ignorance but what does that mean? Is it referring to net bans? Is it an anti conservation message? Or, do I have it backwards?

Maybe it should be referred to as an anti-regulation bumper sticker for commercial fisherman whose lives and communities who have in their point of view been disrupted by net bans and regulations...
